What No One Ever Taught You About Stress
Your Body Can Help You Come Back
When your mind is racing, thinking harder rarely helps. These simple practices bring your attention out of the spiral and back to your breath, your senses and your body.
Interrupt the Stress Spiral in 60 seconds
Stress can build quietly throughout the day. Learning to notice it and interrupt it early can help you return to a calmer, more grounded state before it takes over.
Calm Doesn't Have to Take 30 Minutes
You don't always need a long yoga class or meditation. Sometimes you need something simple you can do right here, right now to remind your nervous system that it can slow down.
You Deserve to Feel Calm Again
The 60-Second Stress Reset gives you three simple tools to calm your nervous system, step out of the stress spiral and come back to your body and the present moment.
From Racing Thoughts to Feeling Grounded Again
Instead of trying to force yourself to “calm down,” you’ll learn how to pause, reconnect with your body and come back to the present moment. One breath at a time.
“I used the physiological sigh before a board presentation last week. I cannot believe how quickly it worked. My hands stopped shaking before I even walked in.”

“I was not a huge fan of yoga, but then I took a class with you and the way you hold the space is genuinely different. First, I learnt easy ways into flexibility and then I could also practice intermediate yoga poses! Also, it also feels like you actually care about the people in the room and want to help them! Can’t recommend enough.”

“Emna‘s class is the first one that actually made fall in love with yoga and practice it even at home. It was beginner friendly and she explained all the movements so it was easy to follow her. Once, I went to a beginner/intermediate session and she really looked at the level of everyone and adjusted her class accordingly. I appreciate it so much!! Can‘t thank you enough Emna. Looking forward to be able to join a pro-level class!!”
